Walsham's nasal dressing forceps, chrome plated, with rubber tubing on one blade, by Stille, Sweden, mid 20th century, formerly the property of Harold Gillies.
The unprotected blade would be inserted into the nose, and the rubber covered blade closed around the outside, in order to manipulate a fractured nose. The rubber tubing would serve to protect the skin during this procedure.
