Facial nerve stimulator, Mark 2 pre-production model, aluminium with plastic fittings and wires, made by Dennis Charles Bodenham, 1947.
This version of the facial nerve stimulator was powered by a 9 Volt battery. The Mark 1 version was on a wooden baseboard, and Mark 3 was manufactured by Thackray as the Bodenham Facial Nerve Stimulator.
