Description
Mayer and Phelps Number 12 bone gouge, by Mayer and Phelps, London, mid-twentieth century. The initials P.TH., for Plastics Theatre, have been inscribed on the reverse of the shaft, indicating this instrument was used in the Mount Vernon Plastics Theatre.
