Sculler's Challenge cup for Christ's College Boat Club
Physical description
Sculler's Challenge Cup presented to Christ's College Boat Club by R.W.Brundit Esq late Secretary of the CBC. Robert Wright Brundit (1830-1879) admitted 1852; BA 1858; MA 1861. Presented the challenge cup for scull racing in 1857. He joined the Roman Catholic Church and was practically the founder of St Lawrence, Birkenhead, of which he was the rector until he died aged 49.
