Signed engraving showing the head and shoulders of Henry Gunning, Esquire Bedell of the University for 64 years from 1789 - 1853. He wrote an interesting reminiscence of Cambridge "Reminiscences" (1854). Slight Jacobite leanings. His son Henry William Gunning was admitted in 1849 but drowned in the Cam in his first term.
