Certificate awarding William Logan as Burgess and Freeman of the Royal Burgh of Dingwall on "5th June 1965". Signed by the Provost and Town Clerk.
Certificate is ornately hand painted in gold, red, black and green. The text is in ornate calligraphy with the crest of Dingwall in gold and blue paint. At the centre of the certificate is what appears to be a sketch of Inverness castle with the bridge that Willie Logan built in the foreground. The certificate is in a gilded wood frame and glass cover. On the back of the frame are metal picture fixings with string hanger.
