Heraldic plaque wooden with design (made of felt) coloured red and yellow, with metal hanger. Silver helmet with red heart above bisected by arrow. Inscription "Hoc Majorum Virtus". On reverse is written "Motto - This is the valour of my ancestors". Also written on reverse "A Johnson, 13 Academy Crescent, Kinnairdie, Dingwall, Ross-shire, Scotland".
