One of a set of two metal temporary standard registration plates, with holes cut out to tie onto vehicle. Numbers painted with red with white background. There is a metal stamp on the top right corner showing a crown and initials E and R. Also has a metal triangular holder at top of plate for holding official license details - this is screwed and bolted onto the top of the plate. The license details are printed on white and red triangular paper, covered by clear plastic; stamp at top says "Inverness 13 DEC 79", license number is "026802 T.P. 310 ST" (registration number) / "expiring 31st December 1980"/ hand written "Fred Newton West End Garage Dingwall."
