Hat used by the late George MacLeod, Fraser Rd, Dingwall during the late 1970's and 80'. He performed with
Strathpeffer Pipe Band.
Mr MacLeod was also a P.O.W. during World War II, Chairman of the Dingwall Museum Trust, Dingwall Town Councillor, Community Councillor, Secretary of the 4th Seaforth Highlanders Reunion club, and Secretary of the Seaforth Highlanders Reg. Assoc Ross-shire Branch.
