Image of a tattooed male figure holding oak leaves, printed in brown ink. Oak leaves are a motif that recur frequently in Byrne's work but the title also refers to a a Hell's Angels 'chapter' in America. The mezzotint plate for this print was begun in1995 (the composition of the image recalls Byrne's lithographs of 1994) but the plate was not editioned until 2005. This is one of three mezzotints, similar in scale and in content, which appear to have been influenced by the artist's observations of Californian beach culture.
