Colour photograph of the exhibition 'Dragon Doll' by Christine Borland and Claire Barclay in Glasgow Print Studio Gallery. The image shows one of Christine Borland's mobiles and the screenprint which corresponds with it. This work was developed from Christine's interest in family trees. 'Treasury of Human Inheritance, Thomsen's Disease, Martin & Hansemann's Case & Bernhard's Case' are a series of screenprints and sculptures based on a collection of case notes and pedigrees relating to various inherited conditions, mainly conducted on the families from the mid 19th to early 20th century. This is then translated into the 3 dimensional forms of the mobiles with each person represented by an agate slice - each agate is unique in its configuration and represents the various symptoms in the individuals of the families represented. The exhibition ran from 26th July until 14th September 2002.
