Glasgow Print Studio’s long association with Alasdair Gray goes back to the late seventies and in 1981 in celebration of the publication of the seminal novel, Lanark, we published a series of lithographs that were used as illustrations within the book. More recently GPS has published 30 screenprints going back to 2007 with the series, The Scots Hippo, a reimagining of the T S Elliot poem, The Hippopotamus.
