Sea Fan Etching

This is a print of a circular sea fan coral, a circular skeletal shape in dark red against a slightly textured pink background. The image was taken from a large painting by the artist and a digital image was transferred photographically to an etching plate to create this print. This is an Archive edition of the print which was included in a special edition of the book 'Abigail McLellan' by Matthew Sturgis (2012) and authenticated by the artist's estate. The monogram of the artist's estate, a six pointed star, is included on the bottom right corner of the print and a stamp and signature of authentication are included on the reverse of the print. Printed in red ink.
