The suit of the other man has been shaded in brown. The caption below is 'I Understand Mr Scott's going to be with us for a while!' Signed bottom right corner 'ross'. 'Punch' is written on the reverse of the paper but it is not known if the cartoon appeared in Punch magazine. First collected by Glasgow Print Studio in connection with the 1979 exhibition 'The Scottish Cartoonists', but unknown if shown in the exhibition. Item consists of a drawing on white paper, which has been mounted on a slightly larger piece of off-white paper.
