Vertical rectangle, evenly marked with horizontal lines and a diagonal texture. Printed in burnt red ink. In an interview at Glasgow Print Studio on 11th May 2011, the artist stated that he couldn't remember if the print refers to a specific building. It is also ambiguous if it is a built object or natural, like the stacks at Duncansby Head which were an influence on the artist's earlier prints. 'Tower' is a crossover of urban and coastal - it was a natural progression in some ways to move from stacks to the built environment.
