Memorial Brick

Memorial. Brick which has been painted blue with a red strip down the middle and '1990' painted onto it. Accompanying framed text explains that the tradition of the 'brick' stretches back to the battle of Waterloo in 1825 when the Scots Guards, the Coldstream Guards and the Grenadier Guards successfully defended Hugamont Farm from Napoleon’s army and took a brick from the farm as a momento.
