Whale oil sample

Sample of whale oil in a glass jar. Cork bung with wax on top and cardboard tag tied to bottle with string. The oil has separated and there is sediment at the bottom. The tag has been typed. The labels indicate the amount of free fatty acid. It is signed by the 1st mate and the whaling station chemist.
